Out-of home services would be an opportunity to have a person receive services as a part of a different living arrangment, other than where they currently reside.  A person may wish to relocate to an Adult Family Care Home, Assisted Living Facility, Residential Care Apartment Complex or Nursing Home. 

There are a variety of options for these services and many things to consider such as what each setting provides, location, fee structure and funding.  The ADRC can assist you to know what each setting can offer you.
