Out-of home services would be an opportunity to have a person receive services at an adult day care program, or as a part of a different living arrangment, other than where they currently reside.  A person may wish to relocate to an Adult Family Care Home, Assisted Living Facility, Residential Care Apartment Complex or Nursing Home.
