Society’s Assets is sponsoring a seminar to help individuals and their families understand two State of Wisconsin Long Term Care Programs – Family Care and IRIS. Adults 18 years and older with disabilities and seniors with care needs who are Medical Assistance (Medicaid) eligible will benefit from the seminars. The seminar will include program descriptions and presentations from people who are already using the Family Care and IRIS programs. Seminar participants will also find out how to sign up for these programs.
 
Today’s seminar is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Gateway Technical College, Burlington Center, 497 McCanna Parkway, Room 100. Refreshments will be served at all seminars. For more information or to arrange accommodations, call the Independent Living Coordinator at Society’s Assets, 1-800-378-9128
