Description:

Living Well Workshop

Are you an adult with an ongoing health condition? If you have conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety, the Living Well Workshop can help you take charge of your life. You'll get the support you need.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center will host the Living Well Workshop at 1717 Taylor Avenue, Racine, WI starting on Friday October 16, 2009. The workshop will be held every Friday for 6 weeks from 1:30 pm - 4 pm.

To register please call: Ruth at 262-638-6632. The cost is $10.00 for all six workshops. The deadline is October 9, 2009.
